About Snickers martini
Prep : 0:10 For: 2 ServingsIngredients of Snickers martini
- 1 tablespoon bought thick caramel sauce
- 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts, finely chopped
- 1 x 50g Snickers chocolate bar
- 125ml (1/2 cup) chocolate liqueur
- 125ml (1/2 cup) thickened cream
- 2 tablespoons butterscotch schnapps
- Ice cubes, to shake
Method
- Step 1Spread the caramel sauce over a small plate. Place peanut on a small plate. Dip the rim of two 160ml (2/3 cup) martini glasses into caramel sauce then dip in the peanuts to coat. Place in the fridge to set.
- Step 2Cut the Snickers bar into small squares. Skewer pieces onto cocktail skewers.
- Step 3Place the chocolate liqueur, cream, and schnapps in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice cubes. Secure lid. Shake vigorously until well combined. Strain mixture into prepared glasses. Top with Snickers skewers to serve.
